Units are priced per standard occupancy: 2 adults for an efficiency, 4 adults for a two-bedroom or large one-bedroom, and six adults for all other size units. Additional Adults are $10.00 per night, age 13 and over. Kids Stay Free, age 12 and under. Ask about the Kids Ski Free/Stay Free program and Wednesday Free Program on selected properties. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Holidays include Fourth of July Weekend and Spring Break. Holidays require three nights minimum. No refunds for cancellations.
Memorial Weekend bookings have a three night minimum. Last year's courteous guests will have the opportunity to book first. There are no refunds for cancellations.
Christmas dates are December 20 through January 2; five nights minimum required. All payments for Christmas reservations must be made by cashiers check or money order and are due by November 1. No refunds for cancellations.
Any guest with a pet or who allows an animal in any of our properties will be evicted without refund and the security deposit will be held for cleaning and repairs.
Reservation Policy: We require two (2) nights non refundable deposit at the time of making the reservation. If more than 30 days before arrival, two nights deposit must be made by check. The total is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, we accept cashiers checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Credit Card payments may require signed authorizations by fax or email. A security deposit equal to $200 will be required upon arrival (usually a credit card imprint). The amount is refunded (or not charged) if, after the unit is cleaned and inspected, there is no damage or property missing. Travel agents are welcome, call for commissionable rates.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, the balance is refunded IF we are able to re rent the unit reserved (except the two nights non-refundable deposit). If the unit is not re rented, the entire amount will be retained. No Refunds if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival. No Refunds for early check-outs.
Internet Privacy Policy: At Reservations Unlimited, we have always been committed to providing our customers with the utmost in customer service. As described in this Internet Privacy Policy ("policy"), we are committed to properly using and safeguarding the privacy of all personally identifiable information ("personal information") that is collected from you when you visit and use redriverreservations.com or stayinredriver.com. In particular, this policy identifies the personal information that may be collected from you through our web sites, how it is used (only for the use of making a reservation with our company and maintaining that particular reservation) and with whom it may be shared (just our company).
